Our company began back in 2009, when Phi founded In and Out as a provider of high-end, quality furniture pieces for the events industry. He built up the business from scratch, while at the same time building our reputation for excellent, involved, committed service.
We’ve continued growing and adapting since that day, responding to industry needs, and now specialise in structures.
From frames for floral masterpieces and staging for delivering memorable speeches, to flooring for those first dances and lighting installations that celebrate significant moments, we love creating bespoke structures for fleshing out your dream events, helping you set just the right scene.

Elmien started In & Out with her late husband in 2009 and has been at the very heart of who In & Out is from the beginning. Elmien has a genuine, heartfelt investment in seeing every event succeed and her close involvement with each client and each project results in something very special. She brings a strong, no-fuss and direct attitude to every project, getting things done in her friendly and caring way. Nothing is too much for her. She thrives in facing a challenge and taking on something new and leading her team confidently in this.
Elmien creates space for the people in the team to grow and plays a pivotal role in keeping the team connected and happy.
In her spare time you will find her running on the beach, surfing with her kids, or listening to music.

Tobias joined the In & Out team in 2016 and immediately applied his skillset to improving systems, and identifying other opportunities to better the business. His sales background and whatever-it-takes attitude set him up nicely for the exciting nature of the events industry – and for the solution-focused, service-oriented heart of In & Out.
He is passionate about people and gets a kick out of seeing team members deliver excellently and consistently, and growing as individuals. Tobias approaches his work with a positive attitude, and loves seeing the business improve and grow.
In his spare time, you will find him with friends and family, or on the golf course.
